Please inform the therapist of all your known physical/medical conditions and keep your therapist informed of all changes in these areas. You are responsible for your health and well being and any decisions you make regarding your self. Massage therapy is a therapeutic health aide and is non-sexual. Any sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by you will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

All payments are due in full at the beginning of each session.
